Registration Cancellation Policy

 

The registration fee (Fridays 200,00 € and Saturdays 225.00 €) regular season is non-refundable.

In the event you must cancel your registration, you will receive a refund as defined below:

 

* Cancellation notice must be submitted in writing (email or post mail).

 

* Refund will be issued in the same manner payment was made.

 

* 80% of registration fee paid will be refunded if written notice is received no later than twelve weeks prior to season start date (Individual registration only).

 

* Cancellations received within/after one week of try-out day of session start date, forfeit full registration.

 

* Cancellation requests due to very serious illness or accident during/midway the season, require a physician's written verification (Medical Certificate). Upon receipt of verification, we will issue a carryover/transferred of your remaining session(s) registration to the next season (prorate - meaning you will only pay the difference in the new season).

 

* Cancellations due to personal reasons, etc will not receive a refund.

 

* Payments made after that we have received payment for the maximum number of places available, will be reimbursed. For no other reason payments are to be returned.

 

* It is not possible to transfer/refund payment made for not attended sessions due to personal reasons.
